You need to find the maggots in your garden or near the cow dung. You can collect them in a bottle and keep it in the refrigerator.
You can make cheese by following the steps mentioned below:
Heat milk in a pan until it gets hot.
Add the maggots and let it boil for around 15 minutes.
After boiling, turn off the flame and add the starter culture into the milk.
Stir the mixture for a few minutes.
Pour the mixture in a container and keep it in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours.
After this period, you can open the container and pour the curds.
Cut the curds and store it in a container.
