What ingredients you need to make protein-packed Greek Yogurt Mac and :
Gluten-free pasta of choice – really any shape works like elbows, penne, fusilli, whatever your favorite is! And if you’re not gluten-free, use any noodle
Sharp cheddar cheese – I usually buy a block and grate it fresh but you can buy pre-grated
Plain greek yogurt – The main ingredient here. I don’t recommend a sub for this but any plain unsweetened yogurt works

How to make gluten-free Greek Yogurt Macaroni and Cheese:
Cook the pasta per directions on the package. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of the water you cooked the pasta in
Add the pasta back to the pot and add in the cheese, yogurt, spices and a few tablespoons of the water as needed to mix until you get the right consistency
Serve while warm!
Paprika, sea salt and black pepper to taste
