I first made these when one of my clients asked me to surprise her with something yummy when I went to visit. She said that she loved Twiglets, so I devised this fail-safe recipe. When I have time I make batches of them to pop in the freezer and if you’re caught on the hop, you can cook them straight from frozen. I once made 1,000 of them for my brother’s 25th wedding anniversary party and they are wolfed down every time.
