I'm even more excited now to try these That place is adorable and he said that They're out selling their tacos like Five to one so uh two different Sandwiches from All Too Well acquired Yeah so the Bombay chili crunch that's a Chicago company and they're gonna start Making other stuff with them so we threw In one of those for us oh that's a Gentleman's move chili crunch getting so Popular right now thank you sir all Right Sixers on the dash Corey Wagner Second angle all right I just love the Taped like jelly sandwich I don't know Why it seems like a classic move I'm Here for it there we go good little Pressed bread we open it up and what do We got turkey prosciutto aioli spicy fig Jam chili crunch Stocker latala you Probably didn't say that arugula fried Onion and a grilled press sandwich as I Said the Bombay choulet dude what a name Looks really good I love that grilled Bread yeah dude Panini style Panini Style and then I got the one named after His wife This Is the nif Gen named after My wife Jennifer I hated it when she People call me Mitch not Mitchell when We first started dating I would call her Nif every time she would call me Mitch And it just stuck wouldn't it be Jen I Think that's what he's doing he was like Making it even more obnoxious if I was Her I'd start calling him uh L yes yes
That would have been the move how about That we can do I can do that In this game I got you buddy boy mine Has turkey mozzarella fig Jam Pomegranate mustard seeds on ciabatta Bread they took a pomegranate a mustard Made him have sexual relations From that like in a way in a weird lab Oh yours got cool colors oh it does it's Like it's like a purple thank you yeah a Little pink Hue Jackman you're gonna Have to change your Facebook status So shredded it's gonna be very nice Dan Just like me and you dude so shredded Except we're just both fat pigs yeah Clearly the nif Gen the Bombay sholay All Too Well cheers It's got some very good flavors wow oh My God It's wild having pomegranate flavoring On a sandwich Cold sandwiches the innards are cold and The bread was toasted but it's becoming Kind of a little bit more room time And whenever I see the Pina I expect it To be a little piping but the flavors Are ridiculous I wonder if we have to buy Strategy like to have cold sandwiches or Based off of taking time to take Pictures and whatnot yeah potentially Unlike really any like it just tastes Fresh I love the texture the inside of Mine I mean it's just like really
Satisfying and one of the most unique Sandwiches I mean pomegranate and Mustard seed it's just and fake I don't Get a lot of fig in my sandwiches this Tastes like on a like some sort of American panini sandwich with this great Hint of Indian flavors in it I love that It's really good And it's like Kind of Juicy's not the right word but Succulent yeah there's like no dryness To it love that but yet it's not Dripping we did a Vats on the show a Couple years ago and really liked it a Lot Cheers Cheers Oh okay that's really good and then now He's got three events and one all too Well we just found one on accident Yesterday we did Sheffield yeah right by Chef University Um He goes by jamra and one of the world's Nicest people it's just like such a Genuine good dude to talk to yeah I love That by the way the bread's fantastic as A frequent bread hater yeah there's some Good bread Cory Wags doesn't like when Something's too bready no I don't so to Get the bread praise is Big it's big Restaurant tours are trying to win the Bread boat they're getting this guy's Getting it you wanna try it bio yeah This guy I want you to try this too Turkey
Fig pomegranate and mustard seed I'm Pretty good I gotta say this is better I'm excited to try yours you might like The yours better but you let me know Wow I mean they're both pretty evenly Matched oh my God yeah they're both Really good right wow I really like the Arugula on yours too it gives a little Something I like that I think maybe the Sweetness is coming from the Fig maybe Sweetness is really nice I love I love Pig on stuff ever since I can't remember What we had maybe uh I have no idea but Once I got introduced to like a fig Jam I got hooked I don't work a traditional Nine to five but this to me would be the Perfect sandwich to like grab oh super Tasty not in the nap Zone you get so Much flavor and you're just like Satiated this is like a very rewarding Sandwich it tastes like you mentioned It's really it tastes so fresh yeah it's Just so so fresh there's a lot of bread So it can't be the healthiest thing in The world but it feels a hell of a lot Healthier than eating a burger yeah Right absolutely yeah and the bread's Also thinner you know like the Panini Style so you're not getting if you're Trying to count carbohydrates it's much Different than eating a big fat Subway This has gotta be one of my favorite Like whatever the genre of sandwiches Like the cold fresh this has got to be I
Think it's my favorite one in the city I Haven't tasted anything like this before That's another reason I love it yeah Uniqueness it's crazy how much we have Such a like we're so spoiled in Chicago Because there's all these amazing Restaurants new stuff popping up all the Time but to stand out in the field of Work that we do it's a little tough Sometimes a lot of places do stuff Really well but it's similar to how Other places do stuff well this is in Its own category it really is and that Is a hard Niche to carve out in a city Like this wow I'm getting a lot of fig Flavors ooh that was some uh chili Crunch I got some spices okay I might Open this and try to put it down there Yeah yeah so Jammer threw in uh this is What they use on a bunch of the Sandwiches and this is a local Chicago Company that they're partnering with so Local and local gentlemen's move love That Is Sean's strong enough there he goes Okay since it's like oil wow Guys this is a must get it's nominal It's so great the flavor dispersion Every bite has good flavor dispersion on It we're not loading up in one single Area Um I like that I like that Look at the look at that that just looks So nice for a sandwich right I love the
Oil and I love How this is going to give it texture I'm Gonna do a little heavy I know I already Got some on here but no I want one with A lot but more is better in this Situation quantity equals quality look At all this stuff in here man all that Red is what I just added this guy is a True sandwich technician Yeah you know how people that work at Subway or Subway or uh sandwich artists This guy's a technician that's way Better in this scenario God this is Going to be how was that added It's great I mean oh my god Oh I love that that'll stain your red Wow I am very impressed by this I'm Normally really hesitant about the Imbalance of hot and cold me too and This did not affect that at all all Right they're coming to get us because My taste buds just got killed he just Murdered my appetite you know for the Wailing Sirens that guy sure didn't look Like he was in much of a hurry oh that Could be a cool band name the Wailing Sirens yeah I like that I like that a Lot and I really like that guys I can't Tell you if you go in there Snag some of that chili crunch on the Side or buy a canister Ow yeah I famously hate cold foods Absolutely famously that's what I'm Famous well
