Scotty McCreery Talks New Music and Fatherhood, Teases 2023 Tour – “Even just the diaper changes and stuff I was kind of not so sure about, but it’s been fine. I haven’t been too grossed out,” he laughed. McCreery’s paternity leave will wrap up after Thanksgiving and he’ll perform on Nov. 30 at the Downtown Hoedown in Las Vegas, NV, which he says will be bittersweet. Looking ahead to next year, McCreery says that he’s already thinking about the next chapter of his music. “We’ve already got a tour kinda lined up for next year. We’re gonna be busy, so we’ll be announcing that stuff soon. And then we’re gonna be writing and recording again next year.
