Beef-A-Roo’s Wild West roast beef sandwich is served on a sesame seed bun with bacon, American cheese, barbecue sauce and chipotle sauce, then topped with onion rings. It also has a burger version.

Now it’s coming to Overland Park.

The fast-casual restaurant offers a variety of roast beef wraps and sandwiches, as well as fresh-never-frozen burgers, chicken and sandwiches, pork tenderloins, grilled cheese sandwiches, chicken strips, a variety of salads — including SummerBerry Chicken Caesar (with strawberries, blackberries and blueberries) and Southwest black bean — stuffed baked potatoes, cheese curds, cheddar fries, steamed broccoli, sweet potato fries, chili and soup.

Its Wild West beef sandwich or burger has bacon, American cheese, barbecue sauce, chipotle sauce and onion rings on a sesame seed bun. It also has a burger with green olives and a veggie option.

Sandwiches include the avocado jack sandwich with grilled , avocado, pepper jack cheese, cream cheese, lettuce, chipotle sauce and on a wheat bun, and the mahimahi with horseradish sauce, lettuce and tomato.

Its Buffalo chicken wrap is filled with lettuce, tomato, blue cheese dressing, Buffalo hot sauce and a choice of crispy or grilled chicken.

The menu also includes gluten-free items.

It is taking the 2,793-square-foot former McDonald’s building at 10460 W. 103rd St., near U.S. 69. It plans more area locations.

It has nine locations in the area and also plans new locations in Mahattan, , and Springfield and Branson in , as well as Michigan and .
