Every day, human beings consume certain foods, knowingly or unknowingly, that can eventually make them sick. However, one might not know about this but according to Ayurveda, there are certain food combinations that not only lead to indigestion but also produces toxins in our body.
Ayurveda says that each food item has a distinct taste, energy, potency and effect on out body and digestive system. Combining some of your daily food items can affect the digestive system leading to indigestion, bloating, fermentation and gas.

Food combinations that are making you sick
Beans with Milk, meat and yogurt
It is not advisable to consume beans with milk, meat, yogurt, eggs, fish, cheese and fruit. One should rather consume beans with seeds, grains, vegetables and other nuts.
Cheese with eggs
One should not consume cheese with hot drinks, eggs, fruits, beans, milk and yogurt, and rather have it with grains and vegetables.
Milk with bananas
It is highly advisable to not consume milk with banana, eggs, cherries, meat, melons, sour fruit, yeasted breads, yogurt and fish. Though milk is best enjoyed alone, you can have it with rice pudding, dates, oatmeal and almonds.
Lemons with cucumbers
Cucumbers, tomatoes, milk and yogurt should not be consumed with lemons. Though it is usually okay with other food items, however, one should use it in small amounts.
Vegetables with fruit
