A family-run business is exporting its cheese around the world from their doorstep in Overton.
Knolton Farmhouse Cheese, in Overton, is a third-generation, family-run business which is continuing to thrive in the dairy industry.
Owned and operated by the Latham family since the 1950s, Knolton Farmhouse Cheese is now directed by Jonathan Latham.
Working alongside his sons Scott and Stuart, Knolton Farmhouse Cheese has expanded away from supplying supermarkets to providing bulk dairy ingredients for other food producers.
They produce cheese, butter, cream, dairy concentrates and powders, which are exported around the world from their doorstep in Overton….
