RTL Today – Cheese Louise!: Man pulls out airfryer and makes himself a snack on Dutch train
At this point we have all experienced the negative consequences that the inflation and high energy prices have on our daily life, and paying for an overpriced snack at the train station isn’t a given anymore.
But we’ve all been there wishing we had, and one passenger was apparently so hungry that he proceeded to whip out his airfryer and started making himself cheese soufflés on an NS train near Tilburg.
It is unsure if the passenger didn’t want to spend his money on snacks from a cafeteria or if he simply wanted to save money by taking advantage of using someone else’s energy.
One thing that is sure though is that the passenger went about his business as it was the most normal thing to do.
The video received tons of comments on social media, with one user asking ‘How Dutch can you be?’, while another one argues that this should definitely be allowed considering the steep prices of NS, the principal Dutch railway operator.
