SAY CHEESE! The Melt Opens Location in West Hollywood’s Eastside
Let’s give the WeHo Eastside some love. The Melt–a San Francisco-based fast-casual eatery, home of the MeltBurger and other reinvented comfort food classics–has opened in West Hollywood at 7111 Santa Monica Blvd. The new West Hollywood location marks the brand’s 10th California location and third opened this year. And they’re open late from 10 a.m. – 12 a.m. daily for dine-in and pick-up orders, as well as delivery to the surrounding areas.
“We’re thrilled to bring The Melt to customers in West Hollywood,” said Ralph Bower, CEO of The Melt. “For years, we’ve heard customers at our Fig @ 7th Los Angeles restaurant asking for us to open outside the downtown area. We’ve finally found the perfect corner location at Santa Monica & N. La Brea where we have a comfortable dining room and patio and can provide delivery to surrounding communities.”
The menu features reinvented comfort food classics and cheesy options to satisfy all cravings from lunch to late night. Menu highlights include the MeltBurgers, buttery grilled cheeses, crispy fries, and creamy mac & cheese. Additional menu items include salads, soups, and desserts.
The 2,400 square foot building features an inviting indoor space with industrial design elements including exposed lighting, brick, and chalkboard-inspired walls with cheese-centric menu item illustrations. It comfortably seats 75 guests within the vibrant indoor area surrounded by expansive windows leading out to the outdoor patio area.
