Out I love those crispy Pops I think This is Toledo style I think this is What I'm you so Robert just because you Probably don't know this I've been Freaking out about Toledo style pizza For years there's this place back home Called Gino's and then he got a divorce And his ex-wife started a place called Amy's and then Gino's hired someone that They cheated out of a job who then Started another place called pizza cat That all make this style of Pizza in Toledo and it's my favorite thing in the Universe and I've been trying to pitch For the entirety of number six with Cheese for seven years that Toledo Should have its own style pizza called Toledo style pizza and I think this is It and our adventure here in Toledo we Discovered there's kind of a Toledo Style and I honestly I hate to say this I love pizza cats yeah I think this Might be the best version oh because It's no one in Toledo is doing it with Like this good like ingredients in the Ricotta yeah Robert was working in the Like Chicago like food industry for so Long too during the pandemic got laid up For another job and started this pizza Place and was a top pizza spot in Chicago like six months in the story is Wild dude you're gonna you're gonna be Addictive we finally found it it's so Good it's the caramelized crust it's
