You guys what's up welcome back to Number six with cheese that's Corey I'm Sean today we're eating local Corridor Brewing and Provisions uh same owners as A place that this dude adores dry hot Brewery great beer great food um we're Gonna try the burger here today a double Smash uh very pumped to do this we Haven't done a really good burger in a While I feel like I think it's been a Couple weeks it's been a few weeks we Got on that breakfast train we haven't Left yeah so we're back to the lunch Dinner phase of our lives and uh we're Gonna do that so pumped you're here and Uh just come on back you know whenever We do videos yeah guys also don't forget What's this guy doing He's got some get up in this Kia we've Got a deal going on this week if you buy Our hot sauce you're gonna get some Sunglasses for free you should do it and Get those Shades they're gonna sell out They might be already be sold out yeah Man that'll be upsetting it'll be your Fault if you learn when you go to buy um You're gonna get them in your order if They're if they're available five left So good luck Um not of the food let's do it let's eat Thank you [Music] Foreign [Music]
Let's see where Corridor Stacks up in The local Chicago best burger list you Know two of them in that bag acquired Jump cut Sixers on the dash propped up By a napkin Corey Wagner second angle All right here we go this is the Corridor Burger open up their little Foil move Sesame seed bun And then oh Okay boom okay so what do we got we've Got double steak Patty herb mustard mayo Cheddar Detroit pickles and sesame bun Served with fries Detroit pickles never Heard of that I don't know what colors That's a popular Chicago or Detroit Brand interesting we'll see I got a Little nervous it looks like frozen beef To me it doesn't look visually great Come here to competitors and not Compared to dry out compared to their Their their sister spot so after tax With the fries comes with I mean not That many fries right this was like 19 Bucks a person yeah well I do love this Aioli yeah dude this is kind of Wonder Woman and on the big camera we got it Might as well use it there's mine Looking kind of just like an upscale Fast food Burger a little bit quarter Brewing and Provisions double smash Cheers Mm-hmm not double smash steak yeah my Bad I'm such a Smashburger this isn't as
Bad as I expected it to be definitely Not bad but it kind of feels like they Like missed the Mark it's not super Flavorful no it's not Bland the Buns Look pretty bright I mean look at how Much of the top bun Let me change the focus for you yeah Super dense no that's a lot of fun it's A lot of fun yeah that was actually a Really telling shot right there so it's Not bad it's just for a 17 Burger I Really wanted to make I know we got a Bunch of crackers last time anytime I See these like pre-formed beef patties Immediately I'm like dude this is Probably frozen patty even though people Like you can form them at the restaurant Well then you probably don't form them The day up you probably form and throw Them in the freezer yeah I know and I Don't know it's crazy to me too about Like how easy Smash Burgers are to make Yeah and how quick they cook and like You can you can already have even those Like pretty much pre-made and then smash Them on the flat top I don't know like The price is gonna hurt this This is one of the most Bland oh my God This is a meat I'm gonna go with you Which also is like I do this in my head This is froze it might not be it's just Not seasoned enough not at all yeah it's Like I think there's zero seasoning it's So Bland like the cheese barely even
Helps it this is not doing it for me Which is unreal dry hop is literally one Of my favorite burgers in the city you Talk about a lot like how good that Place is I can't believe I'm gonna say This I'm actually more psyched on the Fries yeah the garlic hail is so good Yeah I'm into the fries now yeah but That shouldn't be what I'm psyched about When I order a double steak burger oh That's your first problem Steak Burgers Are out yeah what are we doing here what Do you Steak and Shake like they're why That's not part of the culture anymore I Mean maybe they like them but it's Almost as fire it is they always give Aioli but um when they're fries at dry Hot fuel oh but this is better aioli Than they have they have like regular Oily this is like seasoned aioli like The how much people are like insanely Obsessed with cane sauce that's how much I like that I'll have a couple more Fries I I'm just bummed not bummed I Just like their food and the vibe at Corridor and dry Hub is so solid yep I Might have to bring this back there in One these days for uh I've had their Pizza and their pizza was phenomenal I've had high hopes for that burger and I like doing burgers on the show Absolutely trying to find the best but We might have to give you some love for The pizza sooner or later if anybody's
