You guys welcome back to downtown Rome Today very excited we are going to have An epic porchetta sandwich from a place That's supposed to be doing them more Epic than just about everybody this is Air buchetto or buchetto we're not sure We don't know we're done but we're very Excited for the sandwich it seems very Number six with cheese focused pumped You're here it looks amazing [Music] Thank you Foreign [Music] Thank you [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] All right side effects this is looking Good okay so the double porchetta double Porchetta super affordable once again Yup eating in Italy is the greatest Thing drop everything you're doing and Move here six euros six euros for this Uh no cheese it's a big amount of food And we got of course it's gonna be our First time having the Peretti beers not Me I just had one about five minutes ago This will be my first time So cheers Can't beat it Um They're like creamy there's like a
Creaminess to it super tender it's so Good full of flavor try the meat just by Itself Oh my God Fry up that skin that's my favorite part That's my favorite part right up skim so Good yeah I mean you order I mean right At the door not right there in front of You put on the bread in and out which You've kind of realized like although Italy is like very good at being like All about like having meals together This kind of stuff in and out boom boom Boom and you're eating meals together You're not waiting it's a lot of bread And they don't put anything on it but The meat is so good your American brain Might be like where's the mustard Where's the mayonnaise right this is Where you need to tell your American Brain to shut up I almost brought man I'm just keep eating it it's such a wild Phenomenon you guys to have something That kind of looks like it almost it Almost looks like to American it would Look like a turkey breast almost like Hey right but there's a it's insanely Creamy I know I keep saying that yeah Oddly like satisfying it just like melts In your mouth the flavor of it the skin Is so good insane what a fun combination Beer and anything for me sure I should Go to a meeting or two I'll drive you You have a problem no that's gonna
Really hit the spot also gonna fill you Up in such a good way but like we said Much like the pizza in Italy the Ingredients and quality is so good that You don't feel that same heaviness that You do in America and look we love American food but there's something so Different about eating here and if You're gonna be drinking a lot uh-huh Well it's gonna soak up booze better Than this I would say nothing yeah I'm Gonna happen I want to eat the soup Wow it's just so delightful I've said This a lot of number six with cheese Over the years there's a refreshing Element to a sandwich like this which is Weird you think something like heavier Like a big breaded sandwich it's Refreshing it's so awesome it's weird to Say but so refreshing what a way to kick It off where is this by the way do you Have the address oh yeah it is right Next to Roma Termini yeah if you take The train it's it's like literally a Three minute walk from that and if you Think about it if you fly in and then Take the train to the to meeting it's Right there this should be the first Spot you stop at literally so good do Nothing else first All right bring your back right we're Sitting on the patio we're having a beer For me this would be like a pre-dinner This is a wild thing too

And doing food it's these awesome Opportunities you know The first family in this place oh my god Oh wow it really is right there look at That it's literally wow that is so cool For me oh my God that's what we gotta Get there we go oh postcard yeah Absolutely Alessandro's the best Moment what a wild sandwich like Crunches that's one of the best meat Flavors yeah you know what it kind of Reminds me of when I went to Oktoberfest In Munich that have meat sandwiches with The skin on it that kinda it had a Little bit of a similar quality yeah This is by far the most mind-blowing Simple sandwich like as far as like Ingredients go but when you put that Much care into the porchetta Takes it over the top um we'll even need A sauce it's getting to hang out with Fifth generation no I this has been Serene sandwich maker this has been Surreal it's been so cool okay you Obviously eat a lot of sandwiches in our Line of work yeah and this is kind of a Unique thing but last little breakdown Is this a must stop is this a stop if You can is this pretty average let them Have it okay the I'm telling you guys This meat was so flavorful and you know Me I'm a big Bread Guy like if it's too Much bread I get a little I turned a Little baby that was the the flavor of
