What's up guys today we're trying Nancy's deep dish frozen pizza the Sausage kind before we get into the Pizza I want to give a shout out to Teresa hacker who on the website number Six with cheese.com bought a Monday Drunk shirt a hamburger sticker and the Jump cut sticker Theresa we love you buy Stuff get a shout out start the Montage [Music] Oh Foreign [Music] Once again we're doing alarmist Brewing Because beer doesn't come in two packs Crispy boy pilsner a pine of it 4.9 Alcohol by volume this is a local Chicago beer and it transitions very Well into our local Chicago pizza here Today that's right like I said in the Intro Nancy's Pizzeria the original Stuffed sausage pizza we got mods we got Pork porkino Romano we got tomato sauce And we got Italian sausage what are you Gonna do about it yeah I'm excited we've Done Nancy's on the show uh at the Restaurant the one in the West Loop but We got we got Tavern Style I'm impressed that's my second favorite Type of style my brain's shot I don't Remember that so this is now they're Scuffed or their deep dish if you will Um which there are like differences Between stuffed and deep dish it's
Ridiculous so they say so it looks good Though let's get after it actually I Don't think it looks good no no it's the Tomato sauce on top doesn't really look That appealing look at in the you can Really they really do I mean it's Stuffed in the sense that like the sauce Is on top and all the ingredients are Jammed in there so it's basically a Piece of pie if you will Nancy's sausage Stuffed pizza cheers I don't like this stuff pizzas as much As regular deep dishes no I don't like The the sauce draping on top also Sausage is not very good I don't really Like the sausage instantly Good cheese Bowl I'll give them that Yeah not loving this no I'm not into it Sausage kind of chewy kind of bouncy With your teeth they got kind of the Flowery powdery-ness on the uh the pie Crust yeah I don't dig this this is also It takes like an hour to cook these so You really gotta be patient I think we Could have cooked it even longer I don't Like the sauce flavor also very much Yeah like this you just really have to Be craving deep dish my thing with Frozen pizzas which I don't really Indulge in if I'm being quite honest Right only on the show really only on The show but what I did or if I do in The future it's a convenience it's a Drunken moment yeah it's a thing where I
Want to eat it now and I'm pissed that I Have to wait 10 minutes yeah it's great Let alone if I gotta wait 45 minutes to An hour and then it's something I gotta Check and be like oh I need more I don't I have to be a food scientist for this One right ah it's just I'm not into that There's a lot less forgiveness on these Like you really gotta check it you can't Just like set it and forget it on these Like towards the end of it you really Got to look to see if it's done is yes To me like it's just it's more Responsibility it is way more Responsibility and I don't want like you Said I don't want responsibility at a Frozen pizza I'm curious if do they uh Sell these outside of Chicago I wonder Because it is you found this in a Grocery store it was in Mariano's I Wonder if it's like a local local only Type of thing I'd love to know that Let's see how much this bad boy was this Is 10.99 okay for the stuffed pizza Which I don't know why to me that seems Like a good price for like two pounds of Pizza it does I don't know yeah no it Doesn't seem like a bad price this is a Tough one is that the best price it's a Bad product yeah that's just fat jack Sorry Nancy I didn't mean this I mean we Really like their Tavern style yeah I Like it at the restaurant this is just Kind of a swing of the Miss on the
Frozen side I am very impressed by the Fact that they pulled off this cheese Pole on a frozen pizza though that part Was impressive if you like doing that For your friends yeah you know what Maybe this is for you right you don't See that very often in a frozen pizza That was like someone going on a bad Date and then having like one nice thing To say about it sure is she smelled nice Bye-bye anyways I don't know man Sometimes this show is really funny and Sometimes I legitimately feel like a Food critic no and it was the latter man Yeah I'm a real food critic dude that's What I put on my uh business cards yeah It is on there my business cards are Just Post-it notes yeah I mean it off Brand ones too yeah they barely still Just stick them to telephone they fall Right off a couple of weirdos going up Here all right before we get the Eric McCloskey drum roll going let's break This pizza down as the food critics that We are and then we'll roll into our Thumbs up or thumbs down for you first Yeah the sauce was lacking the sausage Was I honestly go as far as say it was Disturbing I didn't really like little Disturbing I did not like the flavor of It all the cook uh like instructions are A pain in the eye and I I just all Around not a great experience for me I'm Bummed because I really like Nancy's
