American cheese secret sauce and then of Course the bacon on there and they've Really loaded up with cheese also Pickles on there those aren't mentioned On the uh on the menu but I think I'm Seeing yeah there's pickles on there too A little extra non-men menu non-men you Mentioned item yeah a little add-on here We go all right guys and I got the Togarashi burger Japanese milk bun Slagle Farms beef heirloom tomatoes Chi Ware Red Onion aioli red onion and aioli I think that the is kaiware maybe micro Greens I think so uh looks fan Effing-tastic a burger from bixie beer Here we go cheers we're close to the Train I feel like I'm in the big city [Music] Oh wow oh my God the sauce on this it's The most unique flavor I've had on a Burger I think this is up there for me Wow you guys whoa this thing is Juicy It's sliding all over the place yeah I'm Juicified dude holy smokes though this Flavor's so unique I don't know how to Describe it this is unbelievably and Unremarkably Indescribable Indescribable This is okay the bond is so nice I love That milk brand it's not a Smash Burger But it's not bumming me out hey big Shout out to Christian who told us about This place yeah we went not too long ago Uh with our manager Welby and Christian To a little bad wolf you guys ever tried
The Bixby burger and we have not we have Not and now we have yeah and Christian Was right this is I think maybe one of The best buns I've ever had on a burger Really yeah I'm just gonna go over how Unique this is this is fantastic I want To try everything on their menu now that Fried Chicken Sandwich they had looks Amazing that'll be my next it's in my Sights I got a scoped how much were These birds expensive 18 inch 18 a piece Which is crazy I feel like if you're a Thick Burger guy top two in the city Listen on an engine yeah that's a great Yeah all the rest of my favorite burgers Are Smash Burgers this one in the engine Owen and Angie are the only two that are Like in my conversation as not being Smash Burgers this sauce has such a Unique sweetness to it this is like a True craft burger like how a really Intense like like coffee Stout like Craft beer is and all the things that go Into that they feel like this is the Burger version of that wow dude the Onions are great it's a wild one a great Area by the way too we're in Logan Square I can see the big Logan sign Right up there actually you see it if You're not local or Chicago uh and You're in town Logan Square is a great Place that a lot of tourists aren't Hitting up that's like amazing place to Go out get some beers get some really

Snack and I put peanut butter in in Between them that's all those are like Really well done aren't they really good Dude how many people you give those to Yeah because probably about 10. you can Kind of any of these can you see is There two of them in there or a bunch There's a few you want some no I meant Like how many Wafers did you use to make That oh I probably made like 50 or 60 And then it's just two yeah two yeah Like a sandwich so yeah it's just Communion wafer that I put peanut butter In between and then dipped in like Coating chocolate that I bought okay at The store and melted it I was gonna say How did you do that so well it's so good I didn't have anything to dip them in so I use thumbtacks that would stick into Them and then dip them oh my God that's Genius such an engineer Those are no joke good isn't it Ridiculous that's really upsetting do You know how many more people would go To church if that was the host But they serve these at church I would Actually go it's just a clip from my Most recent vlog of me giving this to Brittany and Brittany going I'd go to Church with this it's so funny the Vlog Guy came out since I didn't go for Christmas I need to Vlog of us like hang Out in the city right and I did a uh I Show people how to make these I did my
First ever little cooking video so I Showed people I'm naming I'm calling Them Jesus treats holy so it's Jesus treats and then it's just me like Hanging out for Christmas we like went To the bar and stuff and you know what a Good way to pitch the Vlog can you bring Props every time you do that that's the Best dessert I had since Christmas it's Pretty damn good that's pretty great Though thanks for that delicious treat Yeah you're welcome please be with you Please be with you you're stupid okay Before we go ahead and rate this let's Break it down this burger we talked a Lot about Jesus treats let's talk about These burgers for 18 bucks Cory up first I wish I could better describe you what I was eating it's so unique and so Unlike anything I've ever had in terms Of flavor of a burger I'm having a Really tough time putting into words so I wish I could give you more details to Point but I can give you this there was An obscene amount of cheese that was Melted over top that where it was like Clumps and it falling off it was really Good and really melty and added some Really good flavor it was one of the Juiciest burgers and I think that was a Combination of the juiciness from the Burger the juiciness from all that Melted cheese and then Additionally the Uh like sauteed up onions kind of all
Added to that and it made a really Really good flavor profile yeah I really Really enjoy this it's insanely Expensive it's a definitely like I think You go and you get this once like not me Yeah or once a year I guess that's Either you're rich or this is a special Occasion treat I agree but I think this Is something that like it's not a daily Driver Burger it's not it's not like an Every other week kind of it's not an Every other week thing but this is Definitely something that's so unique That I would highly recommend if you're In Chicago trying this burger because You have to you have to knock it off the List yeah you're not gonna find anything Like this in the world I half want to Come back and try yours just to see what Yours was like I know and then I want to Come back and do the chicken sandwich Sam there's this place is awesome I'm Already a convert this is well for 35 Bucks a month on patreon you can pick Where we go yeah you can send us back I Just pay for our own Um mine was salty it was sweet it was Crunchy from the micro greens and like The tomato is really good from the one The Tomato was like thick but still very Good because of those heirlooms yeah and Then the burger was like crispy but kind Of a thick Patty still and then the bun I never talk about buns on Burgers it
Was almost like when you're just eating Really soft soft pretzels and it's Really salty I kind of got just like a Real just like tender bread taste and Like feel from that overall so unique And fun it had every like kind of Emotion going on in my mind while eating That it's just like you said it's just Kind of a special occasion fun one to Try yeah yeah Alex Trebek Cue the song got 18 bucks though man 18 Bucks is tough because it's not in my Top 10 favorite burgers in the city but It's also like not bad at all it's it's Not my top time but it's so unique that It is like a try you gotta try it I know I agree but yeah it's not a perfect I Mean yeah I think I like my score I Think I like the score a lot I'm I'm Very confident in mine and most of the Great burgers are like actually upwards Of like 15 plus yeah I mean in a big in A city like this with so 18 doesn't Really kill me that much and we've Talked about this a lot Chicago is the Burger capital of the country all right We'll cut the music if it hasn't been Cut already are you ready yup on the Count of three Reveal Your score out of Five one two three I went a little lower it's just so Unique I don't think you can try a Burger like this anywhere in the world So it's a must try and I had to it was
