, please — that’s what I say whenever I see a piece of . I do try to eat it in moderation, but it takes a lot of willpower to not eat every day. My name is Jan, and I am a cheese hound.

I may have to indulge in this favorite a little more often this month as it happens to be American Cheese Month. Personally, I think there should a National Cheese Year, but a month is what I have, so I’ll make it work. Maybe cheese isn’t your thing, and I get it (I know someone who eats only mozzarella cheese — all other cheeses are out). If, however, cheese makes you smile, get ready to smile a lot when you check out this week’s dairylicious reading list. Love cheese but unable to eat dairy?
