- Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan) mark 6. Cook the cauliflower florets in a large pan of salted boiling water for 3-5min, until just tender. Remove the cauliflower with a slotted spoon to a colander, and leave to steam dry in the colander for 5min. Tip into a 2-21/2 litre ovenproof serving dish.
- Add the gnocchi to the boiling water in the pan and cook according to packet instructions. Drain well, then add to the serving dish. Toss the gnocchi and cauliflower together to combine. Dot the bacon rashers over evenly.
