Haven’t heard of I Heart Mac & Cheese? That’s totally understandable—the restaurant is based in Florida and the incoming Hoover location on Johns Hopkins Parkway isn’t just the first in the area, it’s the first in Alabama!
It gets even cooler, too. Behind the Hoover location is professional NASCAR driver Bobby Reuse and his partner Bonita Riddle.
