Aaron Rodgers answers spicy questions, tries beer cheese soup (with goat brains) on Serge Ibaka’s ‘How Hungry Are You?’

took a hard pass on crickets as a snack, but he did try the beer cheese soup … with goat brains.

The Green Bay Packers quarterback sat down with Milwaukee Bucks center for the latest episode of Ibaka’s YouTube series “How Hungry Are You?” Let’s just say neither the conversation nor the cuisine disappointed.

Ibaka, who is also a chef, whipped up a pot of hearty beer cheese soup, a classic Wisconsin comfort , and then put a special Rodgers spin on it by adding goat brains. Goat because he considers Rodgers the GOAT (Greatest of All Time), and brains because “the quarterback is the brain of the team,” Ibaka said.

Thoughtful planning in the kitchen aside, it wasn’t an easy sell to get Rodgers to pick up his soup spoon.

“Uh, God, this is awful. Better than cricket, though,” he said. “I need beer to wash it down, I think.”

Before they worked their way up to that dish, Ibaka, who goes by Mafuzzy Chef, peppered Rodgers with all kinds of questions while they enjoyed chicken with peanut butter sauce and fufu, Ibaka’s favorite meal as a kid growing up in the Republic of the .

He asked Rodgers about his “I own you!” declaration to Chicago Bears fans at Soldier Field last season, requested a tutorial in chug a beer (kind of) while in the crowd at a Bucks game and wondered if he saw the tweet rapper Lil Wayne put out after the Packers lost to the earlier this season. The one that read: “RIP to the season we should’ve gotten rid of 12 before the season.”
