Last year here at number six with cheese We reviewed the pizza at the stop along It's pretty solid but we've also heard Their burger is fantastic it's on some Lists for some of the best burgers in The city so we're gonna head over there To the stop along snag it this one's a Double and let you know if it's any good Glad you're here yeah guys we're also Doing a merge shout out today for Mr Chris Greenberg he bought the hamburger Logo shirt the pocket shirt and the Monday drunk shirt that's three shirts All at once maybe we're running a sale I Can't remember but either way we do a Lot of sales thanks buddy thanks a lot Solid move my guy appreciate you all Right let's get those good burgers Two burgers kind of the signature burger Here at the stop along in that bag Acquired jump cut all right Sixers on The dashboard Corey Wagner second angle All right comes in this cute little Plastic guy And then this foily boy A plastic guy and a Foley boy that's the Guy and a foily boy And then boom there's the burger Okay we got a good looking bun meat is Billowing over it looks very smashed oh Oh they're special sauce first off yeah Secondly the real joy that I get in my Life go ahead Honda you're going to want To get out of the way for this one
This is for the commenter who said I Know they disintegrate but how hard is It to throw them away it's not as easy As this yeah And this is for the people who uh cry All the time about this see you later I Don't care okay back to the Burger we've Also got pickles on here your standard American cheese and then two deliciously Smashed looking Burgers and then underneath all types of Lettuce and Um yes caramelized onions there they are I knew they wouldn't do me dirty like That it looks like a damn good burger And then real quick on the big camera Because we got it might as well use it Look at mine look at mine just combined Four words All right the stop along 13 double Smash Burger cheers this looks so good Yeah this is great wow oh my God it is Better than their Pizza this is I was Just about to say that dude well I said It first you beat me to it holy smokes Another thing we noticed while ordering This they don't force you to get a side Two dollars off your order if you just Want the burger this is so good this is So good it's also a massive Burger it's Very large in circumference it kind of Reminds me of how wide like the uh the Big hits Burger was yeah it's a Smashburger yeah I just I really dig it
For future reference most Smash Burgers Are like that because what they do is They smash them Dude oh Special Sauce is great their Onions are great not the caramelized Onions I expected because they're so Chopped up but they're great you always Think of those to be a little bit longer Longer boys these are more like remind Me of McDonald's french fries or McDonald's onions McDonald's french Fries yeah those little chopped bits Only like the only fast food place that Does it like that and it's just so Iconic so this is one of my favorite Burgers in the city this is top 10 for Me because their pizza was like not that Impressive to me but it didn't stand out It was good we have good it didn't stand Out I didn't know their burger was gonna Be this good there's a couple of the Comments we got after we did that video Was you've got to go there for the Burger like that's the premiere item I'm Like all right they went wrong I like a Place that does pizza and burgers yeah Or that's like a lot of their menu is That stuff they don't have a huge menu As far as different items go that's Interesting not too many like I feel Like that's not a big combo no not at All it's one or the other yeah usually I Am liking this more and more as I eat it I slam through that I ate half of it I
Wonder how those tomatoes are doing Oh my God they get smashed oh they're All decimated dude pigeons are about to Be pecking at those dude yeah those are Gonna be rat food or something later I Can't get over how good that was all Right guys we got the white boards out Before we rate this out of five against Other Burgers here in the city of Chicago let's break it down a little bit Show our True Food review selves Corey You're up first that was an excellent Burger it's really it was simple like With most Smash Burgers I mean we're Kind of getting a little repetitive here You guys have definitely heard this Before on other episodes where we have Smash Burgers but they're kind of about Simplicity yeah it's all about the Burger Smash and getting that like Toasty edges yes mission accomplish they Did it getting not crazy with the cheese Just American cheese but make sure it's Really melted that adds incredible Flavor they nailed it and then on top of That having a special sauce they nailed It it's only one of my top I'd say top 10 for sure I have to like really think To see if it's probably tough to be top Five Burgers but somewhere around that Six seven right what was the price on That 13 13 and the side would have been Two so 15 of them would have come with Fries 13's a little risky
Starting to get a little into uh oh you Know a little bit yeah that's like that First that's like a first quarter of the Way into the uh oh I'm yeah it's a Double at least all Smash Burgers or Doubles because Smash Burgers only use Four ounce patties all right so this all Smash Burgers if you get a single Smash Burger you're idiot Four ounces of meat that's not your you Have more bun than me yeah 13's a little Risky I really enjoyed that it was uh Told to me that it was great and I it Delivered on all on all fronts I I think That's definitely one you guys should Get yeah it's in my top ten I I need to Start building that list kind of like I Did for my pizza list I'm gonna start Doing that but uh real quick before we Get into the reading too just a quick Note on the area and how great this is Like if you are a Chicago folk watching This right off of the 606 I've actually Taken the 606 to this location stop and I went to that Coffee Spot you went to a Lot of really good stuff in this Neighborhood this is a really cool area So like definitely a spot that you know Because some of the food we get like I Think Professor Pizza is a great example Of like dead zone a dead zone you go you Get the food and then you leave yeah This is the type of place you can make An evening out of it yeah get the food
And then go actually hang out in the Neighborhood and there's a ton of fun Stuff around here so that's just mainly For our Chicago uh friends and fans Absolutely all right Alex you're back Bump that track [Music] Okay oh I see that so far Um okay I gotta tell you that price is Gonna hurt him on this one not a lot Because it's still sucks it took him out Of a five well they weren't gonna get a Five anyways there's like they're not Even my number one Burger how could they Get five well there could be more than One five like you could be perfect Burgers in different ways true but they Weren't a five unless that thing was Four dollars You're following yourself with that five Dollar fooling yourself I went to the hundred man I think I Might have to too [Music] All right cut the music off on the count Of three Reveal Your score here today we Haven't seen each other's one two three Ah I went a little high five yeah four Point five eight yeah four two one that Price is ridiculous I didn't know that Price was so high yeah I would have Probably been more like a four eight if It was like three bucks cheaper I think 10 bucks kind of like the what I see the
