100% Wisconsin cheese — here’s what else Toppers Pizza will offer at first Topeka location
Toppers Pizza will open its first Topeka location at Plaza 21, 2613 S.W. 21st St., on Nov. 28.
Wisconsin-based pizza chain is arriving in Topeka with a variety of unique toppings.
Toppers Pizza of Topeka will be the third Kansas location. The pizza chain has locations in Lawrence and Mission.
The new Topeka location will have a soft opening Nov. 28 in Plaza 21 shopping mall, 2613 S.W. 21st St. The grand opening will be Dec. 3.
Karl Malchow, franchisee and supervisor, said the new Topeka location was important in their approach when looking for a storefront. He and his business partners want to serve college students and the locally owned businesses at the shopping center.
Veronica Marler will be the Topper’s Pizza manager.

What’s on the Toppers Pizza menu?

In addition to the company’s pride in using 100% Wisconsin cheese, Toppers Pizza offers a variety of different toppings on its pies, including Wisconsin cheesesteak, buffalo chicken, tater tots and more. The pizza chain launched three vegan pie options in October 2020.
“Our vegan options are different,” Malchow said. “They’re unique. They have our style on them and are actually really good. We really cater to everybody. We want to make sure anyone can come to us and get something.”
“Topperstix,” wings, cheese curds and sides — including four different macaroni choices — can all also be found on the menu.
Here will be Toppers Pizza hours in Topeka
Toppers will be open 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. daily with delivery, pickup and carryout options offered all hours.
