Cask’s 20th cocktail list stars drinks made with ice cream, seaweed and BLUE CHEESE

If you’re in the mood for a fabulous cocktail or six, you won’t find a more magical menu than that conjured up by the seasoned shakers at Cask on MacCurtain Street.

And now the award-winning bar is celebrating a remarkable 20 exciting seasons by unveiling a list of drinks that is guaranteed to secure their spot in local pub lore.

For the sweet-toothed there’s the Craic the Cans (a blend of Boatyard Old Tom Gin, barley wine, Banyuls, and clarified barley ice cream) and a Jammy Git (Glendalough Gin, Longueville House Apple Brandy, damson jam and cava rosé) both €13.

More adventurous drinkers (and cheese lovers) can try the Pure Mouwldy – Blackwater Vodka, Cashel Blue, honey and Mochie Ah lime or the Glass Curtain (rump steak Barrel, Shiso and blackberry.
