Grilled stone fruit with goat’s cheese, honey and sesame recipe

If I haven’t had my full Pure diet dairy quota for the day and I’m craving something sweet, this delivers on both fronts, with a portion of fruit and dairy. I love the White Lake English Goat Curd, but any soft goat’s cheese will work.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

  • 1 peach or 3 apricots, halved and destoned
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 85g soft fresh goat’s cheese

  1. Brush the cut sides of the fruit with ½ tsp honey. Grill, cut side up, at a high heat until just turning brown.
  2. Meanwhile, toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan over a medium heat, until deep gold and fragrant.
  3. Put the fruit and cheese on a plate and trickle over the rest of the honey. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
