Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Directions:

Combine cream cheese, butter, garlic, garlic powder salt and pepper in the bowl of a processor. Pulse until smooth. Add parsley and chives and pulse a few times until well combined. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.
