You guys happy Friday welcome back to Brewing review before we get started Here at number six with cheese today a Special patreon shout out of 47 a month For Mr Anthony Thank you so much be like Anthony dope And full of money start the episode [Music] [Applause] [Music] Welcome to Bruin review Corey beer what is it today we got tiny Bomb American pilsner from those fine Folks at Wise Acre brewing in Memphis Tennessee 4.5 alcohol by volume and 12 Fluid ounces in a can hope you enjoyed As much as I do moving on to the pizza Delicious beer easy drinking but yeah Today the very special continuation of The Talia DiNapoli we did one of these Last week also known as the sleep and Pizza because we woke it up uh this is Their mozzarella Pizza authentic Neapolitan pizza handmade in Naples Italy ready to cook in 10 minutes we did That and this was dropped off by the Fine folks at frosa their chicago-based Company aggregating a bunch of amazing Pizzas both locally and internationally And a lot of that par baked mentality so It’s not that like same just like Freezer ridden taste that so many frozen Pizzas had this is kind of the steroids Of that world we’ve been so blown away
By this so far so hoping to continue That here that train here today and then You saw that sexy slo-mo footage of Corey putting on a little bit of the Frozen branded I think oregano or pizza Seasoning or something excited yeah Excited no meat but still should be a Treat no meat should be a treat this One’s got two leaves on it this time So we oh you didn’t go for the leaf Basil I’ll get that on my second slice Okay all right all right here we go very Excited Cheers Cheers [Music] Okay got like perfect eating temperature Hmm this is great I like the other one Seemed more flavorful absolutely this One it’s a little standard kind of no Red aspect at all like no no tomato this Is straight up just cheese oils a little Bit of seasonings right because there’s Nothing else very simple an Italian Classic I do like the oiliness to it me too I Like a lot of like I love an olive oily Kind of pizza in general when we go to Italy together One of the things I’m so excited about I’m a I’m a fatty so I like table bread Yeah they will drop off the olive oil Cracked Pepper kind of cheese like you Run the bread through and man I just Used to love that I would eat basically A whole meals worth of food before my
Meals yeah my parents do that for all of Our meals they buy this pre-made little Thing you can put in some oil and yeah They always have that out it’s great I Love that it’s so good it’s a great Trick if you ever want to like just Impress the hell out of people yeah it’s Not expensive it’s just kind of giving Me that vibe in a pizza form yeah it’s Less like pizza more like some cheese Bread yeah honestly all right I got that Sixer sauce my second slice I didn’t go With the leap one because that I had This slice over here is a little more Cooked and it seemed a little less oily This looks a little more oily yeah I Kind of want to like get the full oil Factor involved oil the fine yeah Oilified now the seasoning add-on I Don’t know if Rosa always gives this With their deliveries but like this is Great You know we like a good pizza that’s a Little bit of a judge Um yeah there’s really oily one Definitely tastes like the like cheese Bread yeah hell yeah we’ve been talking About the delivery rates too the more Pizzas you order be frozen the less you Pay if you do spend over 75 bucks it is Free delivery I think the crust held up Really well too about good yeah the Crust I think I I actually like the the Consistency of this crust even better
Than last week’s but I think like the Flavor of last week’s Pizza yeah the Table top oil yeah screw Ranch if I Could dip this with some oil and uh Seasonings oh man I absolutely agree That would be so fire Yeah this is great man well the city of Naples founded the Margarita Pizza I Know this is the mozzarella but like That other one we had last week that’s No wonder that uh I think I knew that Yeah wow aren’t they like that’s where a Pizza was inventor no I think so yeah You’re right this slice now a little bit Of hotter sticks or stuff like Corey did Like a g be cool if like we could get in With a company like froze or somebody Where every time they dropped off Pizza Like you could do the little six or Sauce add-on yeah you know it comes with A kiss naturally Hmm Yeah like wow I really that’s the best Way to describe it it really is that Like Table side olive oil bread turned into Pizza you know that’s a good kick to That to add that to a little more a Little bit of the Tomato Venus in there If you want it I think if we got bored And uh you know that whole comment about Like his hot dog uh sandwich is this Pizza or is this cheese bread I actually Think there’s a solid argument there’s
No sauce no meat all it is is bread with Some cheese and oil on it here’s a great Argument that this is just a american Cheese bread you’re right I think you’re Absolutely right Good pills here good pizza good life That’s all you need yeah chewing Almost done Some people announce it at the table I’m Almost done chewing almost done nobody Cares nobody cares Sean I’ve also Noticed that like I felt like throughout These weeks of doing these the pizzas Were cooked almost like more evenly to Me I don’t know if that’s just like in My head no it probably because every Time we’re going there rotating it yeah We’re rotating it and stuff there’s a Lot of like tips on the website of how To cook it better so it’s like actually Really doing that so many times the Edges will be burnt and the middle is Still not raw but like cold this I felt Like not cold but room temperature Barely warm uh so not as warm as the Rest yeah we got there still started off At Frozen back Checker yeah I really had To get wow no five steps up above that Ross still at the store Oh Let It Go all right I think I know Enough to say whether or not people Should get this this one was 15 bucks 10 Inch Neapolitan style and then if you Just buy the one 12 shipping so the more
Pizzas you get the less that is but yeah I think I know enough Eric McCluskey Drum roll please thank you sir all right For Brewing review today recording Thumbs up or thumbs down whether or not You’d like to enjoyed but the main thing Is should people spend a little bit of Money and get this uh from Talia to Napoli the mozzarella yeah oh oh oh I Thought you’re gonna go up I think the Price is just like it’s just not worth It on this one I think because if I’m Craving pizza this didn’t satiate Pizza Yeah this is a good addition to the Other one like I think if you I like to Sometimes like when I’m I have the means To do it there’s a couple different Options of pizza I like the difference Back and forth it’s always fun yeah so Like this one to me not as much pizza as It is cheesy bread I like cheesy bread Of course not a hater and cheesy bread Of course but for 26 dollars when you’re Getting delivered I would be super upset If someone like you wanna order some Cheesy bread it’ll be 26 and you go why Are we friends yeah I know um it was Tasty it’s just basting it on the like Spending that money for this product Yeah yeah yeah if I could get it at the Restaurant for the 15 I’d probably do it I wonder if we’ll make it to Naples Seems like probably not That’s a good question maybe maybe guys
