You can adapt this to use your favourite cured meats, cheese and antipasti. It’s easy and fun to prepare and looks like a giant flower on the plate

CHARCUTERIE PLATE 

You can adapt this to use your favourite cured meats, cheese and antipasti. It’s easy and fun to prepare and looks like a giant flower on the plate.

Ingredients:

  • 400g cured meat of your choice — we used mortadella, salami and chorizo
  • 150g marinated artichokes, drained 
  • 200g pitted olives 
  • 400g cherry tomatoes, halved 
  • 140g mini peppers filled with soft cheese 
  • 100g cheese of your choice 
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
